Order Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

■Cancellation

・We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please be forewarned.

・In the unlikely event that a product different from the one ordered is delivered, or if there is a defective product, we will replace it. However, if there is no replacement in stock, we may process a refund, so please be forewarned.

 

■Return Method

When contacting us for a return, please specify your desired date and time for package pickup. Our affiliated shipping company's driver will come to pick up the package. Please also include the delivery note. For returns due to our reasons, such as defective products, we will bear the return shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

■Refunds

・For credit card payments
We will cancel the credit card payment data for the order in question.

・For cash on delivery payments
After we confirm the returned product, we will transfer the full amount of the product (including consumption tax), excluding the cash on delivery fee, to your designated account within approximately one week.

・If the delivered product is defective
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by phone within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product to us. We will exchange it, or if it is out of stock, we will refund the amount (product price, cash on delivery fee).

Response to Refusal of Product Receipt

We ask that you, the customer, be responsible for receiving any products we send. In the unlikely event that you fail to pick up your package even after the storage period for undelivered mail has expired, we will send you a certified mail request for necessary expenses such as round-trip shipping costs. If you do not pay the amount requested in the certified mail, we will consider it a malicious case and file a damage report with the police and initiate small claims court proceedings. If you ignore this claim, we will take legal action at the summary court with jurisdiction over our location. In such cases, you will be responsible for transportation costs to the court, litigation costs, etc., so please be forewarned.

Product Delivery Time

For credit card payments: We will ship within 3 business days after order confirmation.

For cash on delivery: We will ship within 3 business days after order confirmation.
